On Black Friday we took the long journey to North Carolina to see our friends Tony and Monica. We’ve been looking forward to this trip for quite some time, and it couldn’t get here soon enough. We made a the trip up here about six months ago and had a blast! We actually vlogged it, so be sure to check that out here.
This time we were able to stay up a bit longer and were super stoked about it! While we were visiting, we hit up some great eats, saw an awesome movie, and got to work with Tony at his co-working space, Hatch. We also got to take some rad fall photos of him and Monica!
Before we came, Tony had asked us if we wanted to take some fall photos of him and Monica during our visit that they could use for their Christmas card, and of course, we jumped at the opportunity. We had a few places in mind already from our previous visit, but we really wanted the fall look because the trees in North Carolina are beautiful this time of year. Danielle literally asked tony “are there any woods we can go to that are cool?”. Well, turns out there are! Tony took us to the perfect spot! It’s called Falls Neuse, and it’s absolutely beautiful. When we got back I took the time to experiment with my edit and push myself through lightroom. I found an edit that I loved!!!
We spent about 30-45 minutes there. We took photos of Tony & Monica, and Tony took some photos of me and Danielle too! It was awesome, and I love how they came out. Checkout a few photos below.
