Everyone likes saving money, and in this blog we’re going to give you two great ways you can save money automatically. Yes, automatically. We’ve been using both of these products for a while and just love them so we figured we’d share them with you awesome people!
Trim
First up, Trim. Trim is a nifty little bot that automates ways to save you money, and it’s extremely easy to use. You just set up your account, link your bank account(s) and let Trim do all the work. If you’re hesitant about linking your bank account, don’t be. They use bank-level security to make sure you stay safe!
Trim analyzes your spending and tells you just where your money’s going. They can help you find and cancel unwanted subscriptions, like Netflix, Hulu, or Spotify. Negotiate your bills, like cable and phone. (They actually negotiated our Charter bill down $20/month for the next year!) They can even help you find better car insurance.
They literally do automate your savings, and there’s very little set up on your end. Get up and running in as little as 10 minutes here.
Honey
No, we’re not talking about the bee! Honey is a great little browser extension that automatically searches the web and applies the best coupon code available for the site you’re on. And yep, you guessed it. It’s automatic. Not only does it save you money, but you get rewards or “gold” for using it. That gold can then be redeemed for gift cards to stores like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and more.
We’ve been using honey for a while, and it’s super easy. Just the other day I ordered new glasses and saved $60.00 using Honey. I don’t know about you, but $60 to us is a lot of money! So what are you waiting for, get started for free here!
