Hey everyone! We just wanted to write a little something that will hopefully ease some anxieties regarding COVID-19 and your wedding or photo session with us.
As of the time of writing this, we have not changed any plans for upcoming events. As long as you are still on, we are still on!
With that being said, we did want to mention the precautions Three Twenty Studio is taking in order to stay safe and perform at our best. Of course, we are practicing perfect hand washing routines while singing the choruses of our favorite songs such as Castle on the Hill and You Don’t Know You’re Beautiful. We are also stocked up on and consuming vitamin C, thieves essential oils, and elderberry lozenges. Much to our pleasant surprise, we found a hidden stash of hand sanitizer that is also coming in handy.
We will be wiping down all of our gear before and after each session. Regrettably, we will be avoiding shaking hands or giving hugs to our clients and resorting to throwing up a peace sign instead. You can also be assured that when we show up to your session we will be dressed in clean clothes specifically reserved for your time.
Now for the real talk:
If you need to cancel or postpone your wedding/event/session with us, we completely understand. We will do our very best to work with you to accommodate the best we possibly can. Please keep in mind that everything will have to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
If the unfortunate event happens to where one of us (Dylan or Danielle) presents symptoms of COVID-19, we will take the necessary measures of seeking medical help and self-quarantining. The one downfall of working as a husband and wife team is that if one of us presents symptoms, it is highly likely that the other will too. This would put us both out of commission. If this were to happen, we would immediately notify anyone that this may affect. We will do our very best to ensure you have great photographers/videographers to capture your wedding/event/session, and we will still do the editing. We will also work with you to reschedule if that is what you wish.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of this information please do not hesitate to get in touch with us! You can email us at contact@threetwentystudio.co
Preventive measures you should be taking
As with any sickness, it’s important to stay informed and take preventive measures when possible. It’s also extremely important to stay informed. Follow your local government on social media and only trust reliable sources. If you’re not sure of the accuracy of information, don’t share it.
Clean your hands often – wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or sing the chorus of your favorite song! Use hand sanitizer when soap and water isn’t readily available.
Clean your tech – Our phones are a hotbed for viruses, even Apple devices… so keep them clean. Using a 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes will do the trick. Don’t submerge your phone in any cleaning solution or spray cleaning solution directly do your devices. More on cleaning your devices here!
Sharing isn’t caring – we grow up hearing that sharing is caring but right now that’s not the case. You should avoid sharing dishes, drinks, and that yummy chapstick.
