When you book a coordinator through Three Twenty Studio, you have them for 7 hours on the day of your wedding. They’ll communicate with you in advance on what time they’re arriving and where they’ll be arriving. Our coordinator will touch base with you and your soon to be spouse to make sure all the getting ready details are going smoothly. 

If necessary, they’ll also touch base and oversee the set-up of decorations, ensuring that everything is set up and good to go.

Assisting the Wedding Party

As your wedding day progresses, the wedding coordinator will assist the wedding party with getting ready. This may include helping the bride with their veil, or pinning boutonnieres. They’ll also make sure your wedding party is where they need to be for photos.

Coordinating the Ceremony

During the ceremony, the wedding coordinator will make sure that everything goes according to plan. They will cue the music and ensure that the processional and recessional go smoothly.

After the ceremony, they will make sure the wedding license gets signed and in the right hands. The wedding coordinator will also ensure that the wedding party and guests move smoothly to the reception area, where they will oversee the rest of the evening’s events.

Managing the Reception
