Today I want to give you guys a few tips on how you can not just save money, but also how you can manage it.

Mint
For starters, I'm going to tell you about a nice little app called Mint. Mint is a free budgeting app that helps you track income, purchases, and see where every penny is going. It also offers a free credit score.

Danielle and I used this for quite some time, and it's a great way to get on the same page with finances. I will say that it does have some flaws, but all in all it's totally worth it.

Everydollar
Everydollar is another budgeting app and it's actually made by Ramsey Solutions, AKA Dave Ramsey. Danielle and I have recently switched over to using this for budgeting, and I like it a lot better than Mint. The only issue with it is that it does cost money. We actually purchased Dave's Financial Peace University and with our purchase, we got a year free. Once that year is up, we will more than likely pay for it and continue to use it.

Credit Karma
This is a great app that lets you look at your credit score for FREE! Knowing your score is extremely important, and it's 100% worth signing up for. We've used this to keep an eye on our report to see what derogatory marks we have. If you use it properly you can really give your credit score the boost it needs!

Simple
Last but not least is Simple. I will probably brag about Simple forever. Danielle has used it to transform our finances. It helps us set aside money in "goals". It's pretty much the envelope system that everyone has heard of before, but it's digital, which is perfect for us. Because what even is cash?
