You might be asking yourself, “Do I need a day-of coordinator for my wedding?” The answer is always "ABSOLUTELY". Whether you get a friend to do it or you hire a professional like Three Twenty Studio, you need someone to coordinate the events of your big day! Day-of coordination starts at $750.

A day-of wedding coordinator is in charge of making sure your wedding day is executed perfectly.

A day-of coordinator's duties may include:
• overseeing vendors
• managing the timeline
• overcoming any last-minute issues

No time is too early or too late, but we recommend booking 2-3 months before your wedding to make sure you both have enough time to take care of those pre-wedding plans and meetings!

When should I hire a day-of coordinator?

Our wedding coordinators are available to you for 7 hours of time on the day of the wedding! Typically, they arrive later during the getting ready portion of the day to make sure they are there to help coordinate your send off.

Will you be with me all day long?

A day of coordinator takes that burden off of you for your wedding day so you can spend that time making the best memories and soaking in all of the love and joy surrounding you!

What are the benefits of having a day-of coordinator?

Were’s so glad you asked! Yes, if you book a photography collection or a film collection AND day-of coordinating with us, you will receive $50 off your total.

A $160 retainer down along with your signed contract is required to book your date.

For all locations within 1.5 hours of Loranger, LA we do not charge for traveling. All locations further than 1.5 hours away are charged at $50.00 an hour roundtrip to cover gas and accommodations.

It is our number one priority to fulfill our agreement and attend your wedding. In the event of an uncontrollable circumstance, we will ensure you're in good hands with a suitable substitute day-of coordinator.
